Sources on Nursing in Vietnam

One of my current favorite authors of SFF recently asked for some information about the experience of nurses during the period that the United States was most heavily involved in the Vietnam War (1964-1972). This is the working list of items that I suggested for her, broken down by type of source: journal articles, memoirs, biographies, books, and theses/dissertations. If you have suggestions for other high-quality sources, please let me know, and I'll update the list.
